Chowa Box for a Chaji event in Kyoto Japan.
SABIÉ was founded in 1988 by 裏千家15代鵬雲斎二男の故・伊住政和: the late Masakazu Izumi (1958-2003), the second son of Houunsai Daisousho, the 15th generation grandmaster of Urasenke. It is currently run by 伊住禮次朗 (Reijiro Izumi), the second son of Masakazu Izumi, who is a part of blood-line of 千利休 (Sen-no-Rikyu).

A one-of-a-kind commemorative pair of FootJoy shoes is elegantly displayed in the Chowa Box, celebrating his remarkable milestone of 100 consecutive major championship appearances.
Twenty-six years of competing in major championships is a testament to consistency and dedication. At Chowa, we are deeply inspired by those who demonstrate a lifelong pursuit of excellence across decades. We hope this Chowa Box will hold something priceless and meaningful for many years to come.
